Printer-friendly versionI read my books using books on tape, which are from the Library of Congress. I often have to wait for them to be recorded and then once recorded I have to wait for my turn to check them out. My family was just talking about getting me a Kindle 2 a few days ago. I think it is very unfair that some authors want to disable the text-to-speech function. I still will have to buy the book but because I cannot read like most people I am kept from using this function.
