Text-to-speech serves as a means to make sure I am completely comprehending printed text that otherwise proves difficult. As a vocational rehabilitation counselor, I deal with individuals who struggle with learning and reading disorders, and the proposed limitations will effectively exclude them from use of this device. If anything, they are overlooking the market potential of our community.
